Online help desk: I’m an external student, how do I activate a video call?

To book an appointment, you need to have a Gmail account; alternatively, you can contact the office via mail.

  • Choose the office you want to book an appointment with
  • Select BOOK for the service you need
  • Choose the most suitable day and time from those available
  • In the description, enter the reason for the appointment (obligatory)

Once the booking is made, you will receive an email of confirmation, and the appointment will be entered on the Google calendar.

You will also find the link and instructions for accessing the online help Desk in the confirmation email.

If you wish to cancel, go to the appointment on the Google calendar and cancel it, or open the appointment confirmation e-mail and click the NO button.

2. LINKING UP FOR THE VIDEO CALL

Follow the instructions for logging in provided in the booking confirmation mail.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE VIDEO CALL

  • On the day of the appointment, log in by clicking on the link in the booking confirmation mail and ask to take part.
    The member of staff will ONLY accept your request if you have booked first.
     
  • Once in the online desk, wait for the staff member to call.
