The University of Brescia is relaunching its courses of Italian for International
Students to promote linguistic, social and cultural inclusion. The University
believes that, today, language training is an essential means of welcoming and
inclusion that will strengthen a sense of identity and belonging, and create
communities in both real and virtual classrooms.
The courses in Italian, divided into four levels (literacy, elementary, intermediate
and advanced), are aimed at Erasmus students, PhD students, first-year students
and visiting professors involved in International Mobility programmes.
Interdisciplinary and in-depth activities will be also provided with the aim of
enhancing learners’ linguistic and cultural skills.
