Engineering (unrestricted access)

Discover the range of Master’s Degree programs in Engineering and check the admission requirements published in the academic regulations of each program.

The admission procedure for Master’s Degree programs will be open from July 1 to September 30, 2025.
After this deadline, admission will only be granted on an exceptional basis, by submitting a ticket request through which instructions to complete the procedure will be provided.

For further information, please refer to the Infostudente platform and use the ticketing service under the category:
Enrollment or Withdrawal from Studies → Admission and Enrollment → Enrollment in Open-Access Master’s Degrees in Engineering.

You can submit your admission application through your personal account. To do this, follow the path in the system:

Menu > Student Office > Admission Tests > Proceed with Admission > Enrollment in Competitions > Master’s Degree Program > Pre-evaluation of Admission Requirements for Engineering Master’s Programs, then follow the on-screen instructions.

  • If your degree is from the University of Brescia (completed or in progress), no documents are required.
  • If your degree is from another Italian university, you need to upload:
    • a self-certification of your degree completion or enrollment, including a list of exams taken;
    • an English language certificate, if applicable.

Additionally, graduates holding a degree issued under the regulations prior to D.M. 509/1999 must also upload the syllabus of the courses they have completed.

UNIBS Graduates
If you meet the admission requirements, your enrollment will be confirmed within 7 working days after submitting your application.

Graduates from Other Italian Universities
If you meet the admission requirements, your enrollment will be confirmed within 30 working days after submitting your application. You will also receive a notification at the email address provided during registration.

Final-Year Students at UNIBS
If you have 30 credits or fewer remaining to complete your degree and meet the admission requirements, you will be allowed to enroll and submit your study plan on the first Monday after your degree is officially awarded.

Final-Year Students from Other Italian Universities
If the only requirement left is your final thesis and you meet the admission requirements, you can enroll after submitting a self-certification of degree completion via the Infostudente service.

Note for UNIBS Graduates and Final-Year Students
Only applicants who do not meet the admission requirements will receive a notification at the email address provided during registration.

Exams taken at another university or in a previous program can be recognized by the Aggregated Degree Program Council (CCSA), but only if the student submits a request after completing enrollment.

Requests must be made through your personal account on the Esse3 portal following this path:

Student Office > Academic Record > Request for Credit Recognition

Students need to enter the exams they want recognized along with the relevant details. You can also attach a self-certification of completed exams and, if available, the course syllabi.

After your request is received, you will get an automatic confirmation email, and the stamp duty fee will be applied (this fee does not apply to single-course recognitions).

The process is completed when your academic record is updated and the Council’s decision is uploaded to your personal account. You will receive an email notification once it’s done.

If an exam is only partially recognized, it’s your responsibility to contact the course instructor, share a copy of the decision, and agree on how to complete the remaining requirements.
