GRADUATING STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE SINGLE CYCLE DEGREE COURSE IN MEDICINE AND SURGERY: SUBMITTING DOCUMENTATION
If you are graduating from the Single Cycle degree course in Medicine and Surgery, 10 days before the start of the degree session you should send scanned copies of all the pages in the printed booklet, including the options chosen by the student, via e-mail to [email protected]. You must also attach a photocopy of your ID and affidavit, which you can download in the Forms section.
GRADUATING STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE SINGLE CYCLE DEGREE COURSE IN DENTISTRY AND DENTAL PROSTHESIS: SUBMITTING DOCUMENTATION
If you are about to graduate in the Single Cycle degree in School of Dentistry, 10 days before the start of the degree session you must submit your apprenticeship booklet to the Career Management office, and your university booklet, if you have one
UPLOADING THE DEFINITIVE THESIS FILE FOR ALL DEGREE COURSES
With effect from the graduation session of March/April 2020, those about to graduate from courses in the HEALTH PROFESSIONS are exempted from submitting a printed copy of their thesis to the Administration . As with those about to graduate in all other courses, they must instead upload the definitive thesis file in the Qualification procedure in Esse3, ensuring they observe the deadlines indicated in the degree calendar.
