The University Library System (SBA), set up in 2011 by grouping the pre-existing libraries together and creating new transversal units, organises and manages the Library Services and the bibliographic heritage in the university. It operates in accordance with the University Quality Management System (SGQ), being an integral part of it since 2013. In June 2018, it was recertified as compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 regulation for the provision of library services.
The Service Charter was adopted for the improvement of relations with users and to complete the provisions of the SGQ.
