GENDER BALANCE

The first Gender Balance was published in September 2021. This was the result of the initiative of the Comitato Unico di Garanzia (CUG - Single Guarantee Committee) and the analysis and processing of the data from the specially set-up work group. It is an essential stage for the integration of the gender outlook in all our university’s policies, following Sustainable Development Goal 5 on the UN Agenda 2030 (Achieve gender equality and emancipate all women and girls), in the conviction that gender equality is not only a fundamental human right but also a necessary prerequisite for peace, prosperity and sustainability.
