What do I have to do if my Student Card is lost or stolen, or if it has deteriorated or incorrect data?
In the event of loss/stolen/damage/wrong data on your card, you can obtain a duplicate by opening a ticket with the Infostudente service and attaching the form, filled in and signed, entitled ‘Request for duplicate Student Card’, which can be downloaded from the Forms page of the Student Secretariat online. Any attachments indicated on the form and a front/back copy of your valid identity document must be sent with your duplicate request.
