Also for the 2023/24 academic year, all students enrolled at the University of Brescia, who activate the Student Card as CartaConto and use it for payment, will be able to purchase the half-price annual pass to travel by metro and by bus within the city (zone 1) but also within the 14 municipalities of the urban area (zone 2).
The annual pass for Zone 1 or Zone 2 will cost €140 compared to the €275 expected for the annual student pass, while the annual pass for Zone 1+2 will cost €215 compared to the €425 expected for the annual pass. corresponding students.
Each student will also be able to choose the start date of the validity of their season ticket: the travel ticket may in fact be valid starting from 1st of September, 1st of October, 1st of November or 1st of December.
The season ticket can be purchased via the CartaConto through the online shop or at the Group's Infopoints (Tourism and Mobility Infopoints in via Trieste 1 and viale della Stazione 47 and via San Bartolomeo 23 in Brescia).
The request must be made from August the 31st, 2023, to February the 15th, 2024.

The Brescia university renews the agreement with Arriva Italia for extra-urban mobility, confirming the discount percentage for students with the aim of increasingly promoting sustainable mobility and the use of public transport services for study-related travel and university attendance.
The affiliated annual passes, which can be requested starting from August the 28th until available resources are exhausted, are valid for 12 months from the month of issue, are integrated and allow you to make an unlimited number of trips on the chosen route, from the location of departure served by the extra-urban lines managed by Arriva Italia to the city of Brescia, including the use of urban bus services and the metropolitan line (MetroBS) of the capital city.
