In consideration of the current health situation and to allow for better management of requests, from Friday 21 January , the reception methods of the Students' desk dedicated to enrollments, certifications and taxes changed: face-to-face access is allowed by appointment only and a new online help desk has been activated.
In compliance with the rules laid down by the COVID-19 security protocol, face-to-face access will be possible
- from Monday to Wednesday in the morning
- Thursday in the afternoon
Users have to book the appointment in the relevant calendar, choosing the preferred date and time among those proposed.
On Friday morning, only the online desk is open: to book an appointment , simply access the online calendar and choose the desired time from those available.
