Progetto x-culture

The X-Culture Project is an international initiative of the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. It involves International Business members from different nations forming teams to create international development strategies for multinational companies. Every year, around 6000-7000 students from 150 universities participate in four sessions. Teams develop expansion plans for companies interested in new markets, such as a cookie manufacturing start-up or a Colombian university looking for foreign partners. The project takes place in the Global Marketing Research Laboratory during October/November. Connected to the project there is an Open badge issued by the university, awarded to those who participate in the initiative, which offers practical experience of working in multicultural teams and helps to develop essential skills for the corporate world on a global level. 21 students from our University participated in this year's edition, which has just ended.
