Advisory Board

The Degree Programme establishes an Advisory Board (A.B.), a consultative body composed of at least eight members.

The members of the A.B. are specifically appointed by the CCS.

The A.B. serves as a link between the University and the world of work and professional practice.

The A.B. shall promote continuous and active dialogue with stakeholders, strengthen the relationship between the University and its economic, social, and cultural environment, and improve the alignment of the educational offer with the needs of society, as envisaged by the ANVUR indicators.

The Advisory Board shall meet once a year to discuss the progress of the Degree Programme and any areas requiring improvement.

The Advisory Board is composed as follows:

  • The President of the CCS Medicina e Chirurgia
  • The Vice President of the CCS Medicina e Chirurgia
  • One faculty member representing the basic and pre-clinical sciences
  • One faculty member representing the medical sciences
  • One faculty member representing the surgical sciences
  • The Vice Rector for Teaching and Guidance
  • The Vice Rector for Relations with Healthcare Facilities
  • The Delegate for Doctoral Programmes in the Medical Area
  • The Delegate for Specialization Schools
  • Two Student Representatives
  • One representative of the ALUMNI Association
  • One representative of the Ordine dei medici Brescia
  • One representative of the Management of the ASST Spedali Civili di Brescia
  • One representative of the Management of ATS BRESCIA
  • One representative of the Associazione AIL Brescia odv
  • One representative of the AOB Associazione Oncologica Bresciana
  • One representative of the Fondazione CAROLINA ZANI MELANOMA FOUNDATION ETS
  • One representative of the Fondazione Casa di Dio Onlus
