Following a period during which the programme was temporarily suspended, a process to revise the School’s educational offering has been initiated, also in light of the recent regulatory changes introduced by Decree-Law No. 19/2026.
Within this context, pending the implementing provisions envisaged by the reform, a comprehensive review of the teaching and organizational model is currently underway, with particular emphasis on strengthening the programme’s professional and practice-oriented dimension.
As part of this process, the modalities for continuing and updating the existing collaboration with the Brescia Bar Association’s School of Legal Practice are also being evaluated.
