General information

Incoming exchange students can make an appointment with our Tutors on the online desk in order to receive general information on:

  • courses
  • classes timetable
  • exams registration
  • seat reservation 
  • transportation pass
  • student card

These appointments will be held on Google Meet
only on Friday from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.

Our Tutors are also available at the desk in Via San Faustino 74/b without appointment on:

  • Monday 1.30 pm -  4.30 pm
  • Tuesday 1.30 pm -  4.30 pm
  • Wednesday 1.30 pm -  4.30 pm
  • Thursday 9.30 am - 12.30 pm

Covid-19 Vaccination assistance

If you are a foreign student, you don't speak Italian and you need to get an appointment for your Covid-19 vaccination or you need to request the Green Pass (in case your certification is valid only in your home country) our tutors are available to assist you in the registration via web or phone call. 

In person at the desk in Via San Faustino 74/B (without appointment):

  • Monday 1.30 pm -  4.30 pm
  • Tuesday 1.30 pm -  4.30 pm
  • Wednesday 1.30 pm -  4.30 pm
  • Thursday 9.30 am - 12.30 pm

Online, based on availability in the calendar. In this case you need to make an appointment at the link below. 

Mobility check-in and check-out

Incoming exchange students are required to make an appointment with the International Student Mobility Office at the beginning of the mobility and at the end, to complete check-in and check-out procedures and submit the mobility documents:

  • attendance certificates
  • learning agreement
  • library declaration

These appointments will be held on Microsoft Teams.

Instructions

1. Make an appointment using your Unibs email account (n.surname@studenti.unibs.it).

Choose day and time and tell us the reason for the appointment (mandatory).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the link to access the online desk and the appointment will be added to your personal Google calendar.

2. Connect for the videocall

If you have already downloaded Teams on your pc/smartphone and logged in with your Unibs credentials go to step 3.
Otherwise, open www.office.com and login with your Unibs email account (n.surname@studenti.unibs.it). Download and install Teams on your pc/smartphone.
NB. if your password is rejected, change it on your personal page on unibs.it.

3. Make the videocall

On the day of the appointment, connect to Teams by clicking on the link you can find in the confirmation email and ask to participate.
Your request will be accepted ONLY if you have an appointment.
