Students with a disability equal or greater than 66% and/or with a certification of law 104/92 art. 3 paragraph 1 and paragraph 3

Check the following regulation:

If you are a student:

  • With a disability certification pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1 of L. 104/92 issued by an INPS report;  
  • With recognition of disability equal or greater than 66% pursuant to L. 118/71 issued by an INPS report; 

You will have to pay exclusively marca da bollo (revenue stamp) of 16.00 € by the first instalment payment due date.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING STUDENTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE EXEMPTIONS:

  • Students submitting a report from the“Collegio per l'individuazione dell'alunno in situazione di handicap ai sensi del DPCM N. 185 del 23 febbraio 2006” since they are not included in the medical/legal assessments provided for by the appropriate health commissions from which the relative economic benefits etc. derive.
  • Students with a recognised disability, by means of a report issued by INPS, pursuant only to art. 3, par. 3 of L. 104/92. This category is in fact not covered by the exemptions identified by art. 9, par. 2 of the following regulations:

If you are a student:

  • With a recognized and disability between 50% and 65% pursuant to art 2 of L. 118/71 certified  by a report issued by INPS, you are entitled to a refund of 300 € of the total amount due as required by

Duration of the documents

You are required to inform [email protected] about any changes in the degree of disability recognized.

If the upload of the certificate is functional to obtain exemption from university fees, it will be enough to upload the certificate issued by INPS with the Omitted option, as long as the documents provide the percentage of disability and/or the specific article relating to the situation. You can select the Omitted category in Esse3. Only the students with a recognised disability, pursuant to art. 3, par. 3 of L. 104/92 must by present a report without omissis in order to allow us to verify the corrispondence between ICD9 indicated in your report and the percent of disability.

If you are a student with a Civil Invalidity Report pursuant to art. 2 of L. 118/71 (with a percentage between 50% and 100%) and/or a report of recognition of disability pursuant to L. 104/1992 art. 3 paragraph 1 in need of an update, you have the right to take advantage of the university tax exemptions provided by the old certification, pending a new INPS visit, as established by

If you are a student enrolled on a PhD course: 

  • with recognition of disability pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1 of L. 104/92 by means of a report issued by INPS.   
  • with recognition of disability equal to or greater than 66% pursuant to art. 2 of L. 118/71 by means of a report issued by INPS.

  • with recognition of disability equal to or greater than 66% pursuant to art. 2 of L. 118/71 by means of a report issued by INPS.

  • with recognition of disability equal to or greater than 66% pursuant to art. 2 of L. 118/71 by means of a report issued by INPS. 

You will have to pay exclusively marca da bollo (revenue stamp) of 16.00 € by the first instalment payment due date.

SINGLE COURSES

If you are a student enrolled on a Single Courses: 

  • with recognition of disability pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1 of L. 104/92 by means of a report issued by INPS.   
  • with recognition of disability equal to or greater than 66% pursuant to art. 2 of L. 118/71 by means of a report issued by INPS. 

You will have to pay exclusively marca da bollo (revenue stamp) of 16.00 € by the first instalment payment due date.

N.B. Students enrolled in single courses who present a civil invalidity report attesting to a percentage of invalidity between 50% and 65%, pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 7 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 9 April 2001, benefit from a 20% reduction on the contribution due.

SHORT SPECIALISATION COURSE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT COURSES

you are not entitled to any kind of fee waiver if you are a student with a disability regardless of the percentage or in possession of a report of L. 140/92 enrolled in a Short Specialisation Course, refresher course and professional training.
