Research areas at the Department of Civil, Environmental, Architectural Engineering and Mathematics (DICATAM)

The structure that the Department has developed over the years has led to increasingly interdisciplinary activities. The interdisciplinary nature of the research conducted by the various groups is well established and is a key distinguishing feature of the Department’s scientific output, which is highly regarded both locally and internationally. The wide range of research activities carried out by the Department’s groups can be divided into the following areas.
