The PagoPA payment transaction was successfully completed, but I did not receive the Telematic Receipt (RT) in my mailbox. What should I do?

If you have made a payment on PagoPA and the operation was successful but you have not received the confirmation email, please carry out the following checks:

  1. check that your mailbox is not full
  2. try to see if your mail server has moved the message to the junk mail folder
  3. remember that it can be sent up to 24 hours after the payment has been completed.

If you have made the PagoPA payment on the UNIBS website and, despite checking, you have not received the email with the RT, use the Infostudente service you can find on the PagoPA pages.
