The Università degli Studi di Brescia has published a call for study support aimed at assisting students who, due to extraordinary and exceptional circumstances, are experiencing serious hardship resulting in a sudden and substantial change in their financial situation, potentially compromising the regular continuation of their studies.
Subject to the availability of funds, the support may include:
- partial or full exemption or reimbursement of university tuition fees for the 2025/2026 academic year (excluding the regional tax and stamp duty);
- reimbursement of accommodation costs (excluding utilities) and/or public transport expenses incurred from 1 September 2025 onwards, for off-site students as defined in the call for student support services for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Applications must include, in addition to the mandatory documents required under Article 5 of the call, the following documentation:
- certified true copies of all documents proving the condition of serious hardship;
- for accommodation reimbursement requests: rental contract, registration certificate, and legally valid payment receipts;
- for public transport reimbursement requests: personal travel passes and legally valid payment receipts (single tickets are not eligible for reimbursement).
