Enrolment: Employment and Company Legal Advisor

Enrolment in the Degree of Employment and Company Legal Advisor is open from 17 July to 21 December 2023, for those who took TOLC-SU CISIA (by 31 March 2023) or SPS TEST - whether on the university premises or in SPS@HOME TEST (home-testing) mode - in 2023.

You can enrol without Additional Educational Requirements (OFAs) if you scored at least 16/50 in TOLC SU (taken by 31 March 2023) or at least 13/40 in SPS TEST.

If you did not achieve the minimum score in one of the early sessions (between May and July 2023), you may re-sit SPS TEST in the September session before enrolling.

If you enrol without having scored at least at least 16/50 in TOLC SU (taken by 31 March 2023) or at least 13/40 in SPS TEST, or without having taken the SPS TEST, you will be asked to take on Additional Educational Requirements (OFAs).

ONLINE ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Enrolment is in three stages:

  1. Registration , using SPID (digital identity system), on the UniBs portal
  2. Submitting the online registration application
  3. Completion of enrolment by the Student Administration  offices.

STUDENTS WITH A STUDY QUALIFICATION OBTAINED ABROAD

If you obtained your school-leaving diploma abroad and you have taken the TOLC SU (by the 31 March 2023) or the SPS TEST, you can fill out the online enrolment application. You must make an appointment with the International Students Office as soon as possible to submit the documents needed to enrol in our courses (declaration of value, foreign qualification, certificate of comparability and other documents).

STUDENTS WHO ALREADY HOLD A DEGREE

If you already have a first or second-level degree or a five-year single-cycle degree you are exempted from sitting the SPS TEST and as a result from taking OFAs. You do not need to enrol in the call for applicationsbut should instead contact the Career Management office.

STUDENTS CHANGING COURSES WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY

If you are already enrolled in a course at University of Brescia, and you wish to change courses within the University to a degree course in the Law area, you need to contact the  Career Management office and follow the online procedure for changing courses, between 1 August and 16 October 2023.

STUDENTS MAKING A TRANSFER FROM ANOTHER UNIVERSITY

If you intend transferring from another University to one of our University’s Law degree courses, you should get in touch with the Career Management  office.

ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS – OFAS

If you enrol in the 2023-2024 academic year with OFAs, you will need to recuperate adopting the method set out by the Course Programme Board.
