SECOND CYCLE DEGREES

Ad maiora lancio

Diplomas for Second Cycle degrees are presented during the Ad Maiora public ceremony. The 2022 edition for presenting certificates to Second Cycle graduates from the 2020/2021 a.y. is scheduled to take place in June.

If any certificates not collected are to be sent to the home address, please remember to update the address supplied in the menu Home > Details of your personal student page.

DEGREES OBTAINED UP UNTIL APRIL 2014

If you earned your qualification up to the 2012/2013 a.y. (Up until the March-April 2014 session inclusive), regardless of the degree, in order to collect an original diploma you must send a mail requesting an appointment to [email protected]  in order to collect it from the offices of the student Administration  (via San Faustino 74/b Brescia).

Please make sure you attend the appointment with the following:

  • valid identity document and front/back copy of said ID;
  • a 16 Euro duty stamp.

If you wish to appoint a person of your choosing to collect the diploma on your behalf, once the appointment has been fixed as above, the nominated person must go to the appointment with:

  • his or her own identity document and front/back copy of said ID;
  • declaration of delegation, written on ordinary paper with the delegating party’s signature;
  • Front/back copy of valid ID of the delegating party;
  • A 16 Euro duty stamp.

DUPLICATE OF THE DIPLOMA

If your original diploma is  lost or stolen you must send a mail to   [email protected] attaching:

  • copy of the duplicate request written on plain paper and signed;
  • Front/back copy of valid ID
  • Copy of the theft/loss report filed with the police.

If, on the other hand, the original diploma should be damaged or in the event of another reason, you can ask the duplicate to be sent by submitting an appointment request to  [email protected], with the appointment to be attended at the student Administration  (via San Faustino 74/b Brescia) so you can hand over:

  • The original of the damaged or already issued certificate;
  • A duplicate request written on plain paper and signed;
  • Front/back copy of valid ID

The Enrolment, Certification and Fees office will then upload the 16 Euro duty stamp to your personal page for the certificate, and a fee of 50 Euro including expenses for printing the duplicate and for postage within Italy.  Both can be paid using PagoPa.

Additional charges may apply for certificates to be posted abroad.
