FIRST CYCLE DEGREES
The First Cycle degree diploma is handed over at the end of the proclamation ceremony.
SECOND CYCLE DEGREES

Diplomas for Second Cycle degrees are presented during the Ad Maiora public ceremony.
If you did not partecipate in the public ceremony Ad Maiora 2024!, you can collect the original diploma at the public desk of the Enrollments, certifications and fees office, from July 8th. You have to make an appointment, selecting Ritiro pergamene Ad Maiora! 2024 service.
DEGREES OBTAINED UP UNTIL APRIL 2014
If you obtained the qualification up to the 2012/2013 a.y. (Up until the March-April 2014 session inclusive), for any course, in order to collect the original diploma you must open a ticket with Infostudente service to request an appointment with the offices of the student Administration (via San Faustino 74/b Brescia). Please make sure you attend the appointment with the following:
- valid identity document and front/back copy of the same;
- a 16 Euro duty stamp.
If you wish to appoint a person of your choosing to collect the diploma on your behalf, once the appointment has been fixed as above, the nominated person must go to the appointment with:
- his or her own identity document and front/back copy of the same;
- declaration of delegation, written on ordinary paper with the delegating party’s signature;
- Front/back copy of valid ID of the delegating party;
- A 16 Euro duty stamp.
DUPLICATE OF THE DIPLOMA
If your original diploma is lost or stolen you must open a ticket with Infostudente service service attaching:
- copy of the duplicate request written on plain paper and signed;
- Front/back copy of valid ID;
- Copy of the theft/loss report filed with the police.
If, on the other hand, the original diploma should be damaged or in the event of another reason, you can request the release and shipment of the duplicate by opening a ticket with the Infostudente service and asking for an appointment in person at the offices of the Student Secretariat (via San Faustino 74/b Brescia) to deliver:
- The original of the damaged or already issued certificate;
- A duplicate request written on plain paper and signed;
- Front/back copy of valid ID
The Enrolment, Certification and Fees office will then upload the 16 Euro duty stamp to your personal page for the certificate, and a fee of 50 Euro including expenses for printing the duplicate and for postage within Italy. Both can be paid using PagoPa.
Additional charges may apply for certificates to be posted abroad.
