University Quality Council (PQA)

Assisted by the Departmental Quality Council, it supervises the correct operation of the Quality assessment and assurance system, as regulated by the Agenzia Nazionale di Valutazione del Sistema Universitario e della Ricerca (ANVUR - the National Agency for the Assessment of the University and Research Systems).

Its composition, length in office and operational methods are defined in the Regulations of the same body.

Composition

The composition of the PQA is governed by the Regulations of the University Quality Assurance System (in Italian), approved by Rectoral Decree No. 404 of April 16, 2021.

The University Quality Assurance Council is currently composed as follows:

Rector or his delegate (President):

  • Prof. Maurizio Carpita, Delegate of the Rector for the Quality System.

Coordinators of the Quality Assurance Council of the Departments:

  • Prof. Francesco Bertagna, Head of PQD DSMC
  • Prof. Marco Ferrari, Head of PQD DII
  • Prof. Elisabetta Fusar Poli, Head of PQD DIGI
  • Prof. Adriano Maria Lezzi, Head of PQD DIMI
  • Prof. Fabio Luterotti, Head of PQD DICATAM
  • Prof. Francesco Negro, Head of PQD DSCS
  • Prof. Ivan Paris, Head of PQD DEM
  • Prof. Marco Rusnati, Head of PQD DMMT

President of the Student Participatory Committee or his delegate:

  • Dr. Giuliana Signorini, Delegate of the President of the Student Participatory Committee.

Permanent collaborators with the PQA, without voting rights, assuming the role of consultants on technological, disciplinary and administrative aspects are:

  • Prof. Riccardo Adamini, Delegate of the Rector for ICT and Safety Policies
  • Prof. Diana Rossi, Quality Systems Expert
  • Dr. Luca Bonfà, Head of U.O.C. Quality, Statistics and Reporting

Permanently invited to the PQA meetings, without the right to vote, are the delegates of the Rector for teaching, research and third mission:

  • Prof. Renata Mansini, Pro-rector for Research
  • Prof. Carlo Alberto Romano, Pro-rector for Social Engagement and External Relations

The President may invite PQD coordinators and other administrative support contact persons to the meetings of the PQA.
