The Guarantee Committee (Comitato Unico di Garanzia - CUG) for equal opportunities, enhancement of employees’ well-being and against discrimination has advisory, consultative and monitoring functions.
It contributes to improving the productivity of the public sector by enhancing the efficiency of work performance and promoting a working environment based on the principles of equal opportunities and organisational well-being, while preventing and combating all forms of discrimination and moral or psychological harassment in the workplace.
