Enrolling in Medicine and Surgery and in School of Dentistry

CHECK THE RESULT OF THE ADMISSION TEST

To enrol you must first check the result of your admission test.

The national nominative ranking for each degree course  is published on the "Programmed Access" website, indicating the score obtained by each candidate along with the ranking position and the university the candidate is allocated to.

ASSIGNED CANDIDATE
If you are suitable for a place in your first pick, you are classified as ASSIGNED and must enrol in the ASSIGNED course and site within the established deadline.  Failure to do so shall render you ineligible to enrol. No justification for the delay will be taken into account.

RESERVED CANDIDATE
if you do not classify for the available places in your faculty of choice, you are classified as RESERVED for a next choice.  In this case, you can enrol in the site where you are reserved by the stipulated deadline. Alternatively you can wait to see if any places for the preferred courses should become available once enrolment has been completed by those ranking higher than you in the table.  When RESERVED candidates enrol in the reserved course, the possibility for enrolling in other preferred faculties automatically expires.

NB: by 12pm of the fifth day (including the day of rolling admissions and excluding Saturdays and holidays) after each rolling admission process, all candidates, except those that have already enrolled and those that have given up their place, must confirm their intention of remaining in the ranking table in the dedicated section of Universitaly. Candidates that do not express this intention are removed from the national rankings and shall not retain any right to enrolment.

FILL OUT THE ENROLMENT APPLICATION

Log into your personal page using your credentials and carry out the enrolment procedure.

CHANGING COURSE

If you are already enrolled in a course at this University and you acquire the right to register for a different course at this University through the rolling admissions procedure, you DO NOT NEED to carry out the online enrolment procedure for the new course. You must, however, submit an application to change course, using the appropriate form.

STUDENTS WITH A STUDY QUALIFICATION OBTAINED ABROAD

If you received your qualification abroad, you can fill out the enrolment application online, but you must ask the International Students Office for an appointment as soon as possible to deliver your documentation (declaration of value, foreign qualification, certification of comparability, etc.) in order to be able to enrol in our courses.

ACCEPTED STUDENTS THAT NEED TO PRESENT A REQUEST TO WITHDRAW FROM ANOTHER UNIVERSITY

If you are accepted in the ranking and you intend withdrawing from your studies because you are enrolled in another University, you must submit a request to withdraw from the university of origin and then register online via the option “enrolment following withdrawal” by the date and time of the deadline stipulated in the rolling admissions process (mandatory deadline).

To complete the online enrolment process, you must attach the receipt of withdrawal to you student profile under Administration  > Career attachments
