Enrolling in Medicine and Surgery and in School of Dentistry

The national ranking list for each degree course is published on the ‘Universitaly’ website, indicating for each candidate the score obtained, their position in the ranking and the university where the candidate is placed.

IF YOU HAVE PASSED ALL THREE EXAMS
You are required to enrol within the established deadlines. Failure to meet the deadlines will result in the loss of your right to enrol, without prejudice to the possibility of enrolling and continuing your studies in one of the related courses, in accordance with Annex 3 of Ministerial Decree 115/2025.

IF YOU HAVE PASSED TWO OR ONE EXAM
You are required to enrol within the established deadlines, selecting the code SFM-RECCFU, in order to recover the credits for the filter semester by taking the missing exams. If you fail to meet the deadlines, you will lose your right to enrol, without prejudice to the possibility of enrolling and continuing your studies in one of the related courses, in accordance with Annex 3 of Ministerial Decree 1115/2025.

Log into your personal page using your credentials and carry out the enrolment procedure.

If you have passed two exams or one exam in the filter semester, and you are eligible to recover credits, follow these steps:

1. If you did not attend the filter semester at Unibs, proceed to STUDENT REGISTRATION to access your personal page (‘Proceed to registration’);
2. Log in as a Student in the reserved area https://www.unibs.it/node/1703 > select Menu (top right) then select Secretariat > Enrolments and proceed with enrolment by selecting the code SFM-RECCFU, in order to recover the credits from the filter semester by taking the missing exams.

If you are already enrolled in a course at this University and you acquire the right to register for a different course at this University through the rolling admissions procedure, you DO NOT NEED to carry out the online enrolment procedure for the new course. You must, however, submit an application to change course, using the appropriate form.

If you obtained your degree abroad and attended the filter semester at another university, you can fill out the enrolment application online, but you must ask the International Students Office for an appointment as soon as possible to deliver your documentation (declaration of value, foreign qualification, certification of comparability, etc.) in order to be able to enrol in our courses. 

If you are accepted in the ranking and you intend withdrawing from your studies because you are enrolled in another University, you must submit a request to withdraw from the university of origin and then register online via the option “enrolment following withdrawal” by the date and time of the deadline stipulated in the rolling admissions process (mandatory deadline).

To complete the online enrolment process, you must attach the receipt of withdrawal to you student profile under Administration  > Career attachments
