All students and graduates may print off a range of pre-compiled self-certifications by accessing their own personal Esse3 page: Admin > Certificates.
These self-certifications include:
- Self-certification of Enrolment Years
- Self-certification of Enrolment with Exams
- Self-certification of Degree with Exams
- Self-certification of fees for Calendar Year
- Self-declaration of Degree with exams taken and educational units followed
It is important to remember that the person concerned is personally responsible for declarations made; if the Administration should have grounds to doubt the declarations made, it is obliged to carry out the necessary checks and take any measures required.
A form which is not pre-compiled is also available for the purposes of presenting self-certifications, from the page "Student Admin forms".
CHECKS ON ACCURACY OF SELF-CERTIFICATION BY PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AUTHORITIES OR PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGERS
Checks on the accuracy of self-certification made by public administration authorities or public service managers may be conducted even if no agreement is held with the University. They can be made by correctly indicating the details of the student or graduate who issued the self-certificate, and stating the precise nature of the data being verified.
If an accuracy check is requested by a private entity (person or company), the request must be accompanied by the written consent of the person issuing the declaration in lieu of certification or affidavit, and must be submitted with a front and back photocopy of a valid identification document.
Official requests to acquire data and check self-certifications must be submitted using one of these methods:

The office will answer within 30 days of receiving the request.
