NEW REGULATION ON STUDENT CONTRIBUTION APPROVED
The Board of Directors of our University has approved the new Regulations on Student Contribution for the academic year 2026/2027, extending the no-tax area for ISEE values up to € 28'000.
FIRST INSTALLMENT
The regional tuition fee for the Right to University Education is charged in three ranges (€130, €160 and €190), based on the student’s ISEE, in accordance with the provisions of Regional Law No. 13/2025.
For students from low-income countries, international protection holders and international scholarship holders, the regional fee is €130.
For students from middle-income countries, the regional fee is €160.
Upon enrollment or renewal of enrollment, students must pay a total of €146 (including stamp duty), pending any recalculation of the regional fee based on the applicable ISEE range.
TUITION FEE REDUCTIONS
For fee reductions granted upon application, which are divided into ranges based on ISEE value, the first range has been extended to a maximum value of €35'000.00.
Students enrolled on the Bachelor’s degree programme in Nursing are entitled to a 25% reduction in the tuition fee.
The deadline for submitting applications for fee reductions has been aligned with the enrollment deadline set out in the academic calendar.
STATUS OF INDEPENDENT STUDENTS
Asylum-seeking students whose entire household resides in their country of origin, and individuals who are legally registered as cohabiting (unless they are members of their spouse's household), may be considered independent students for the purposes of acquiring a university ISEE.
FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AT THE REQUEST OF THE INDIVIDUAL STUDENT
Fee for qualifying degrees (Health Professions, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Building Technology and Industrial Product and Process Technology): €160,00.
CRITERIA FOR CALCULATING THE TUITION FEES
The surcharge for students enrolled within the first year after the standard duration of the course, who have not met the academic requirement (CFU earned in the 12 months prior to 10 August) will be reduced to 2%.
The surcharge for students who are enrolled beyond the first year after the standard duration of the course, who have met the academic requirement (CFU earned in the 12 months prior to 10 August) will be increased to 4%.
The surcharge for students enrolled beyond the first year after the standard duration of the course, who have not met the academic requirement (CFU earned in the 12 months prior to 10 August) will be increased to 6%.
First installment: upon enrollment/renewal of studies
Second installment: by January 15, 2027
Third installment: by May 31, 2027
Applications for ISEE-based financial assistance for education, in favor of the student (tax reference number), must be submitted by completing the Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica (DSU) between January 1, 2026 and November 15, 2026.
