Refunds of fees and contributions

FIRST INSTALLMENT REFUNDS AT THE REQUEST OF THE STUDENT

The first installment is refunded (net of stamp duty), upon request of the student, in the following cases:

a) matriculated students who renounce their studies within 15 days of completing their matriculation, provided that the request is submitted within the same deadline and is not followed by matriculation at other universities in the Lombardy Region;

b) students who renew their enrollment for the academic year and who apply for transfer to another University not in the Lombardy Region within the deadlines set by the administrative schedule, provided that they submit a request for reimbursement within 15 days of the transfer application;

c) students who, following a previous enrollment in another University in the Lombardy Region, pay to the University of Brescia the regional tax for the right to study for the second time in the same academic year;

d) incorrect payment.

REFUNDS WITH REQUEST ON FORM BY THE INTERESTED PARTY

Contributions (second and third installments) are refunded in cases where the Student, beneficiary of a total or partial exemption based on economic condition and/or merit, has paid an amount higher than the amount actually due for enrollment for the entire academic year.

To enter or change the Current Account information (IBAN), the student can use their reserved area by selecting on Menu > Home > Master Data > Edit Bank Account Refund Data.
