PRINTS
A centralised printing service is about to be implemented in all university sites. This service unifies the management of all the equipment in the university in terms of:
- Supply of printing equipment
- Supply of toner
- Maintenance
- Accounting by cost centre
The service is based on multi-function equipment in a network allowing printing, photocopying and scanning. The shared equipment has the Follow me function allowing production of the document on any printer of this type. All users are requested to use this function to permit the gradual abandonment of small-size equipment.
Whoever uses the University Printing Service is required to respect the copyright laws.
The service is entrusted to CentroC, a partner of Canon Italia.
