G-suite
Thanks to an agreement with Google, the University of Brescia is able to offer its human resources and its students the e-mail services included in G Suite for Education.
G Suite for Education services include:
- a personal e-mail box (GMail), with numerous complementary services such as contacts, groups, etc.;
- access to the management of one or more personal calendars (Calendar);
- access to the document service (Drive) to create, store and share online documents of various types such as texts, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
These services enable better collaboration, through the sharing of resources: in fact, it is not only possible to exchange e-mail messages with other users but also, and above all, to share your work and commitments in a simple, fast and flexible way; this sharing of resources allows, among other things, to significantly reduce the number of e-mail messages sent for exchanging documents, information about commitments or for confirming appointments.
Access to the mail service takes place through authentication in the University Portal.
