Refunds of fees and contributions

REFUND OF FIRST INSTALMENT BY REQUEST OF THE STUDENT

The first instalment is refunded (minus duty stamp), where requested by the student, in the following cases:

a) enrolled students that withdraw from their studies within 15 days of completing enrolment, as long as the request is presented within this deadline and is not followed by enrolment in other Universities within the Lombardy Region;

b) students renewing enrolment in the academic year that present an application to transfer to another University not within the Lombardy region, within the deadlines established by the administrative department, on condition that they request the refund within 15 days of requesting the transfer;

c) students who, after a previous enrolment in a University within the Lombardy Region, pay University of Brescia the regional tax for entitlement to study for the second time in the same academic year;

d) incorrect payment.

REFUNDS WITH REQUEST ON FORM BY THE PERSON CONCERNED

The contributions (second and third instalment) are refunded if the Student, who is eligible for a total or partial exemption depending on economic status and/or merit, has paid more than is actually owed for enrolment in the entire academic year.

To enter or change Current Account details (IBAN), students can use their personal page by selecting Menu > Home > Details > Changing Payment Details and Refunds.
