Bibliographic reference

Through the bibliographic reference service, the staff provide users with information, guidance and advice.

To obtain information, users can go to the libraries’ reception desk, contact the libraries by telephone or e-mail, or use the online form “Ask the librarian” (accessible from the UniBS catalogue [OPAC] and also from the link below). A lot of information is available on print and online material: Service regulations_ITA, Service Charter_ITA, web pages, guides, leaflets, etc.

All users are offered a first level of reference at the libraries, in order to access services and resources, and particularly to find the documents they are looking for. Institutional users with special needs are entitled to specialized and personalized bibliographic reference, which can be requested by appointment at their reference library, contacting the structure or filling in the form below. The library replies to the requests within 3 working days.
