Purchase proposals

Institutional users may suggest the acquisition of documents not currently available in our libraries.

MONOGRAPHS

Professors and researchers are invited to submit requests for the purchase of monographs by contacting the reference person of the University Library System at their Department's administrative offices. In order for the purchase to proceed, requests must firstly be approved by the Department Director. The procedure to be followed is the same, whether the expense is covered by funds assigned to the University Library System or by the Department's research funds.
In the event of special discount opportunities (e.g. conferences), professors and researchers may request to make purchases using the Department's prepaid card.
All books purchased are assigned to the University Library System and stored in the libraries, even if paid for with Department’s research funds.

Other institutional users may suggest the purchase of monographs using the online form available below.

JOURNALS AND ELECTRONIC RESOURCES

Professors and researchers may propose the acquisition of journals and electronic resources during the needs survey carried out once a year at the Departments.

Out of this period, the suggested resources may only be included in the following year's survey.

E-BOOKS

All institutional users may propose the acquisition of e-books which are not already available in the digital collections of the University Library System. The request must be submitted using the form available below.
