Fees 2022-2023 academic year

The University Board of Administration has approved the new Regulations on student fees for the 2022-2023 academic year, confirming the no tax area for Indicatore della Situazione Economica Equivalente (ISEE - Equivalent Financial Situation Index) up to € 22,000.

50% DISCOUNT IN THE EVENT OF DOUBLE ENROLMENT IN UNIBS COURSES
Payment in full for the less expensive course and 50% of the fee for the more expensive one. Students with an ISEE of less than € 22,000 do not pay the fees.

HIGHER REDUCTIONS FOR BROTHERS/SISTERS
The reduction for the brother/sister with the higher registration number is:

a.    50% of the all-inclusive fee for students with an ISEE for subsidised right to university study services of less than € 30,000.00;

b.    35% of the all-inclusive fee for students with an ISEE for the right to university study services of between € 30,000.00 and € 49,999.99;

c.     20% of the all-inclusive fee for students with an ISEE for right to university study services of between € 50,000.00 and € 100,000.00;

d.    there is no reduction for students with an ISEE for right to university study services of more than € 100,000.00 or students who do not present the ISEE certificate.

REDUCTIONS FOR PARENTS UP TO THE CHILD’S THIRD BIRTHDAY
The reduction is:

a.    50% of the all-inclusive fee for students with an ISEE for subsidised right to university study services of less than € 30,000.00;

b.    35% of the all-inclusive fee for students with an ISEE for the right to university study services of between € 30,000.00 and € 49,999.99;

c.     20% of the all-inclusive fee for students with an ISEE for right to university study services of between € 50,000.00 and € 100,000.00;

d.    there is no reduction for students with an ISEE for right to university study services of more than € 100,000.00 or students who do not present the ISEE certificate.

The reduction is only applied to one parent.

POSSIBILITY OF PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS FOR INSTALMENTS OF MORE THAN € 300 IRRESPECTIVE OF ISEE
Application can be made to pay the second and third tranches in three additional instalments on condition that the instalment terminates by 31 July 2023.

The minimum amount subject to further payment by instalments cannot be less than € 300.

Under no circumstances can the first payment be made by instalments.

CONFIRMATION OF THE MERIT AWARD WITH THE CONDITION OF HAVING OBTAINED AT LEAST 40 CFUs
At least 40 CFUs must have been obtained in the twelve months to 31 October for the payment of the merit award, which sets out a reduction of € 450 on the all-inclusive annual fee (second and third instalments).

NEW DEADLINE FOR LATE PRESENTATION OF ISEE
Late presentation of the ISEE for an ISEE for subsidised right to study services after 15 December is not accepted after 30 April 2023, subject to transmission of a copy of the ISEE certificate to the Students’ Administration, with a penalty of € 250.

You can ask for a reduction in fees with respect to the maximum band if you present an ISEE certificate up to Euro 70,000 by 15 December 2022.
