Some agreements signed by the University Library System provide that corresponding authors affiliated with the University of Brescia may benefit from full cost coverage or discounts on APCs when publishing open access in selected hybrid and fully open access journals.
The corresponding authors must indicate their affiliation with our University on the publisher’s platform both during submission and in the post-acceptance process, by selecting or entering the name of our University where required. The use of the institutional email address is strongly recommended, as many publishers rely on the email domain to match an author to an institution.
The University of Brescia must also be indicated as the primary affiliation of the corresponding author in the manuscript and therefore in the published article, appearing first among the declared institutions. Any other institutions may be listed subsequently as secondary affiliations. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to ensure that this rule is followed.
All authors are invited to comply with the instructions provided in the University brand manual regarding how to state their affiliation.
